Terms and Conditions

• Rates apply base to base.

• Minimum period of rental is 2 hours.

• Daily rate is 8 hours, thereafter the hourly rate apply.

• Prices include Meet and Greet Service.

• Waiting time at client’s request is charged at hourly rate.

• Rates do not include parking at Airports.

• All prices are subject to VAT at current rate.

• All charges are listed in the current BW Chauffeur Services Limited tariff and are payable in advance except where the Hirer has either Credit Account or Credit Card approved by the company.

• Every endeavor will be made for the Hirer to retain the same Car and Driver for the duration of a hire period, however we reserve the right to substitute any other Driver or Car should the need arise.

• BW Chauffeur Services Limited accept no responsibility for any delays no matter how caused.

• The driver will drive at reasonable speed according to his judgment of the road and traffic conditions at the time and shall not be obliged to drive other than in a manner which his discretion deems appropriate.

• In the event of the cancellation of a booking after the car has been dispatched from the garage, the Hirer will be liable to pay either the minimum charge or a charge equal to the time and mileage actually covered by the car by the time that the car returns to the garage.

• Driver overnight subsistence: £60 plus VAT.
